I specialize in Martial Arts training (Muay Thai & Kickboxing,) strength & conditioning, as well as traditional health, fitness and weight-loss training. I am a former NCAA track and field athlete (400M,) a conference champion in the CIAA, and part of a relay team that qualified to compete in the NCAA Division II All American Championships in 2004. After track and field I discovered Muay Thai & Kickboxing, and subsequently decided to pursue a career as a professional Muay Thai & Kickboxing athlete. A three time champion in the sport, I have competed around the world, and represented Team Canada in 2011, as the team captain. I am also a decorated mixed martial artist, who has competed at the highest level of the sport globally, winning the Inside MMA Rising Star of the Year in 2012, as well as Fighter of the Year and Knockout of the Year with the MFC, one of the pioneer organizations of MMA globally. I have been formally coaching since 2010, and in that time I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their health and fitness goals, as well as trained a myriad of local, regional, national and world champions in Muay Thai & Kickboxing. As a lifetime athlete, I am uniquely positioned to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a safe an engaging manner, while working with you to establish the right lifestyle pillars to keep you on track!
